职位描述：

1、对项目的成本、进度、质量、资金、安全进行全面控制，安排监督项目部其他人员的工作完成情况，协调甲方、总包、分包各方的工作协调；

2、施工前制定本项目各种目标计划：施工进度计划、成本控制计划、质量控制计划、材料进度计划、资金计划；

3、负责编制施工组织设计及分阶段的实施方案，并能合理解决施工中遇到的工程、安全技术等问题；

4、安排并管理项目部人员的工作，督促各人员按要求完成个人本职工作；

5、严格按照公司及现场各项管理制度管理现场施工，按计划控制完成整个项目的实施；

6、熟练掌握专业施工图内容并应用于现场管理；

7、组织并参与各分项工程及单位工程的竣工验收；

8、协助上级领导完成其他交办的工作。

任职资格：
1、大学本科及以上学历，建筑、工民建、土木工程类相关专业；
2、5年以上室内装饰相关领域施工工作经验，具有中级以上职称者优先；
3、熟悉国家及地方相关法规、政策，熟悉土建类施工图、施工管理和有关土建的施工规范及要求，掌握项目规划、建筑设计、施工、验收规范及市政配套等基本建设程序；
4、精通工程项目进度管理、项目的各项费用支出管理及成本控制管理；
5、要求会粤语，香港人优先；

6、富有责任心、事业心及团队合作精神。
