职位描述：
岗位职责：
1，完成上级交办工作；
 2，接听电话，按要求转接电话或记录信息，确保及时准确；
3，负责办公用品的盘点工作，做好登记存档。并对办公用品的领用、发放、出入库做好登记；
4，负责电脑，电话，复印及打印等设备的使用与管理工作，合理使用，降低材料消耗；
5，翻译相关文件，参与国外总部电话会议或培训；
6，考勤管理，记录员工休假、外出等出勤情况；

 职位要求：
英语听说流利，可以用英语进行日常交流 可以进行英语书写翻译；
语言表达、沟通能力强；
逻辑思维能力强；
办事沉稳、细心、领悟能力强，性格开朗，有良好的团队合作意识；
有行政和财务方面的工作经验优先，应届毕业生也可以；
