Responsibilities:

? Comprehensive Operation monitoring and management 综合运行监督管理
? Hospital construction take over and quality monitoring 医院工程接管工作及质量监控
? Hospital engineering team captain responsibility 承担医院工程部领班的职责
? Scheduled checking.日常巡视
? Daily operating and repairing.协调日常维修
? Supply controlling-water, power A/C steam.控制水、电、蒸汽、空调各项系统的日常供应。
? Deal with emergency events.紧急事件的第一时间处理工作。
? Other duties assigned by the supervisor.上级交待的其他工作。
? To help staff solving problems while necessary. 协助员工解决其工作中遇到的问题。
? Deal with serious problems and report it on time. 及时处理及汇报所发生的较为严重的问题。

任职资格:

Qualifications:
? Over 10 years of work experience in the engineering profession
10年以上工程专业工作经验
? Over 3 years of supervisor experience and absorption chiller operating
3年以上管理经验和吸收式冷冻机组操作经验
? Over 2 years of daily plumbing maintenance experience
2年以上管道保养维修经验
? Engineering background majored in air-conditioner system
空调系统维修及工程经验
? Graduate from junior college
大专以上学历
Skills:
? Good technical skill 较好的技术能力
? Good Chinese reading and written skills. 较好的中文口头及书面表达能力
