岗位职责:
1. 制定市场进入整体营销策略
Develop overall go-to-market marketing strategy.
2. 策划并实施营销活动,测量和分析营销活动效果。
Plan and implement successful marketing campaigns, measure and analyze performance of marketing campaigns.
3. 制定营销预算,并确保预算的合理使用
Develop marketing budget and ensure to use it wisely.
4. 负责品牌的推广,制定推广计划,迅速提高品牌和产品知名度
Own the brand promotion, develop branding plan, increase the brand and product awareness quickly.
5. 负责新产品发布,协调各方活动确保发布成功
Manage new product launches to ensure cross-discipline synchronization and maximum awareness.
6. 制定产品营销材料,以支持业务开拓和销售,包括PPT、宣传册、FAQs等。
Develop product marketing materials to support the business development and sales; these include PPT, brochures, FAQs as needed
岗位要求:
1. 营销或相关专业的本科或硕士毕业
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
2. 具有3年以上客户开发营销经验
Minimum three years’ experience with enterprise lead generation and customer acquisition marketing
3. 具有市场进入营销策划经验
Proven experience in the development of go-to market strategies
4. 熟练掌握MS Office,包括Excel,Word, PowerPoint
Expertise in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
5. 具备很强的书写和口头表达能力,包括编写/组织客户营销和销售内容和活动的能力
Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to write/originate strong customer marketing and sales content.
6. 具有较强的创业精神
Strong entrepreneurial spirit
7. 适应高强度和充满挑战的工作环境
Adaptive to high pressure and challenging work environment.
