职位描述：
1. Develop and execute the annual strategic marketing plan with local business team and global marketing team to ensure the annual business target realization;
2. Work closely with business team and global marketing team to develop and localize the value proposition , differentiation strategies and define key messages to targeted customer segmentation;
3. Provide meaningful market insight to support long term strategic business development plan through analyzing and tracking customer needs/behavior, market trends, government policy and competition dynamic;
4. Lead marketing efforts along with product, sales and marcom functions to create market demands, build customer preference and improve brand awareness;
5. Keep close communication and interaction with industry associations, KOLs, ecosystem stakeholders, develop thought leadership programs and advisory programs to strengthen Qualcomm leading position and influential power;
6. Lead to develop diversified marketing and sales tools to support business development, like brochure, video, leaflet, customer stories.
Qualifications:
a) Education学历: Bachelor degree or above
b) Experience工作经验:
? >8 years relative working experience in computer hardware/software or system integration industry;
? Candidate with experience in IoT and AI related industries is preferred;
c) Travel Frequency: around 30-40%
