职位描述：
Key Job Responsibilities: 
develop standard operating procedures to provide guidance to Asia
monitor updates in regulations and changes procedures to implement new laws
advise functional groups of updates to the regulations and issue guidance on how to comply with them
ensure accurate ECCN classifications and necessary licenses are in place and are used consistently across operating units
acts as a subject matter expert for Import/Export regulations for Asia region
assist in the management of freight forwarders 


Key Job Requirements: 
Bachelor’s degree in related field
minimum 5 years of trade compliance management experience in medical device industry 
hands on experience of establishing or working within an established import/export system
demonstrate an ability to interpret regulations for intent;
demonstrate expertise on Chinese and US import/export requirements
