职位描述：
The Role:
The General Manager - Moving, Shanghai will be based in our Shanghai office and be an important member of our China Senior Management team. The role provides leadership to our Shanghai & Nanjing moving teams and reports directly to the Managing Director, China. This position requires an experienced leader, someone who can provide direction to the team and achieve results. Working closely with the Managing Director, China to drive business performance, improve operational efficiencies and implement a winning strategy for significant growth and expansion.
Responsibilities:
? Responsible for our Moving business in Central China (approx. 100 staff)
? Drive business development to further our leadership position in the industry
? Responsible for achieving budgeted EBITDA targets
? Consistently deliver a high level of service quality that achieves NPS goals.
? Optimize processes to drive further operational efficiencies and improved productivity
? Work closely with the functional leadership to ensure smooth delivery of our core services
? Develop & implement strategy to further improve the company’s management systems
? Achieve Great Place to Work key performance indicators
Job Requirements
? Minimum 5 years of experience as a leader in a service or people based industry
? Excellent people management and leadership skills
? Engaging communicator who can gain credibility at all levels of the organization
? Detail oriented, highly organized, analytical and problem solver with sound business acumen
? Willing to work under pressure, result-oriented and able to meet deadlines
? Functional leadership experience in a global matrix organization
? Experience with established processes or quality programs
? Appropriate education within management, operations, finance and strategy
? Evidence of ongoing professional development
? Fluent English & Mandarin
