1. According to company strategy and area tasks, make sale plan, including cost budget, sales strategy,etc, after superior and company confirm, achieve monthly, seasonly, and yearly sales targets.Sales output of segment, region, new projects, new design-in, local & transfer. 根据公司战略和区域任务,制定销售计划,包括成本预算,销售策略等,待上级领导及公司确认后,并最终完成月度、季度、年度销售指标。不仅负责行业/区域制定的销售额任务、还负责新项目、新产品导入、内单和外单的管理。
2. Manager customer satisfaction, visit customer regularly to collect customer requirement. Relationship maintenance with existing customers, new customers and projects development and management. Timely response ( Within 24hours), 99% accuracy,provide highest priority to customer in working time, set up ODU corporate image, pass on sales relevant information to customer timely and accurately. 客户满意度管理, 定期拜访客户,了解客户需求。区域内老客户关系的维护,新客户和新项目的管理与开发。24小时内及时给客户提供支持,准确率99%,保证工作时间客户需求为最高优先级,积极树立欧度公司形象,向客户及时并且准确的传达公司销售信息和变更信息,维护公司利益。
3. Giving advice and solution to customers based on their certain requirement. Excellent company product knowledge. Discuss with professionals to provide suggestion to customers. 根据客户对连接器的需求,推荐满足客户需求方案的产品。优秀的公司产品专业知识,与专业技术人员进行产品方案意见讨论。
4.Price change mangement,<5% reduction vs. the previous year 价格变动管理, 每年产品降价低于5%。
5. Get customer feedback of existing products, follow up sales contract signing. Order and sales contract follow-up.
跟进客户对本公司产品的使用情况,签订销售合同。项目订单跟进。
6. Be responsible for goods preparation and delivery, AR pushing. Control the cost within the budget, and optimize the use, control sales cost: travel, sample, AR and inventory, etc. 执行销售合同中备货,发货,货款回收等工作。 在预算内控制销售费用,节约公司资金和财产使用,最大限度的控制预算。控制样品的开支、差旅费的经济节约、应收账款的催缴、库存的控制和管理等。
7. Assist in marketing promotion execution. Support marketing and P&P team to collect useful information and promote our product.
协助技术市场部和产品管理部进行市场推广活动并搜集市场信息。
8.Report management, pipeline, visit report, forecast, presentation, email, sample(quarterly)/price(monthly) tracking report with win/loss update, project list, monthly report,and other reports.Submit all kinds of forms and reports in time.报告管理,按公司的要求及时提供准确的客户拜访报告、客户回复邮件、项目进展状态、销售预测数据、样品(季度报告)、报价(月度报告)、项目清单、月度报告等各种报表及工作报告。
9. Tasks assigned by superior.领导布置的其他工作任务。
任职要求:
1.Unversity or above,preferred in auto engineering 大学本科及以上学历,汽车工程专业优先
2.Good team player ,Strong self-driven and teamwork capability to driven winning of big customer/projects.Passionate,ambitious with Longterm vision to grow with ODU in E-mobility segment.

3.Acceptable for frequent travel.
