The position is responsible for developing the voice for Accor brand. In addition to writing, editing site content and crafting site promotions at social media platform. The main purpose for digital marketing manager is to create relevant content to all our brands and increase engagement at social platforms.
Primary Responsibilities
Social
The Social Media Manager will implement the company’s Social Media marketing. Administration includes content strategy, develop brand awareness, generate inbound/outbound traffic and cultivate leads and sales.
Closely work with wechat agency to develop our wechat strategy, implement the strategy across to different hotels for cross promotion
In charge of marketing campaign across varies social media paltforms
By maintaining a constant online presence, the SMM will be aware of any new updates and technologies being introduced and therefore, will be first in line to adapt and use these new updates to the company's advantage.
Hotel Support
Support and train properties to develop hotel own content
Train China Hotel DOSM and E-commerce manager: what they can utilize on social network.
Promote Accor Digital Initiatives (social campaign) toward Accor China Hotels for participation.
Knowledge and Experience
At least 3 years of experience in social media
Experience managing KOL and different digital platforms
Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
Maintain excellent writing and language skills in both English and Chinese
Display ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video forma
Bachelor's degree.in media, web design and communication or related field
Strong hands-on Hotel digital marketing experience of campaign creation, website planning & content management, and social media animation.
Strong communication skills.
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
