Main Responsibilities
？ Carrying out and developing fashion PR projects & activities in cooperation with PR Manager. (Responsibilities for particular tasks to be agreed with the PR Manager)
？ Maintaining relationships with relevant fashion/ life style editors, stylists, and influencers for H&M to be able to be at the forefront of fashion and industry to adjust the communication activities well to the needs of key media
？ Be responsible for running the BJ showroom (eg. booking and handling media loan appointments, celebrity/ influencer fittings independently)
？ Fashion stories / interviews pitching on both traditional and digital media
？ Gathering and sharing with the PR team information on the current publication opportunities and projects carried out by the key media
？ Evaluating and reporting results of the PR projects carried out
？ Always keep up to date with the latest trends and keep an eye on the competitors on the market
？ Tracking the fashion magazines editorial calendars/monthly themes for each season
？ Responsible for the styling of the showroom and hanging of samples in accordance with the overall guidelines
？ Manage showroom in a clean and tidy condition
？ Cooperating with relevant sub-contractors
？ Collaboration with PR Manager on the organization of media events.
？ Proof reading and completing approvals
？ Assist internal sample sale in accordance to our policy on purchases/lending products from showroom
？ Always wear H&M garments in the showroom (it’s ok to borrow samples from showroom).


Requirements
? Education and Experience
？ 2-3 years’ experience from similar positions and/or within the PR/Communications agency segment
？ Experience of working with the local media/ celebrity landscape, the fashion business and having a very good network with the most important local fashion journalists, stylists, celebrity agents and influencers
？ Strong network of top media/ celebrity agents/ influencers
？ Experience of strategic communication and fashion PR
？ Excellent communications and social skills
？ Excellent organizational skills and 2-3 years leadership experience
？ Being proactive/taking own initiatives and able to work independently as well as working well within a team
？ Bachelor degree or above.

? Knowledge and skills
？ Being an excellent communicator both oral and in writing
？ Experience and great knowledge in writing, both for internal and external purposes
？ Good knowledge of the fashion media market
？ Having a great fashion feeling and a sense of what is the right quality level
？ Open and friendly attitude towards external and internal audiences
？ “Can do” approach
？ Fluent in English, both oral and in writing
？ Negotiation skills and ability to “get things done”
？ Flexible & easily adapting to changing conditions.
