My client is an international architecture practice with a portfolio of large scale mixed use and commercial projects.

They are looking for project architects with strong technical skills and experience with large, commercial mixed use projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing design concepts in the production of architectural documentation, from schematic design through construction administration.

- Leading project teams, coordinating activities with consultants, and handling building code analysis, submittal reviews, construction administration representation and project closeout.

- Work closely with the senior project designer on each assignment to assure that the design intent is achieved in the completed project.
Requirements:
- 8-15 years experience in Managerial positions
- Degree in relevant field
- Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe programs
- BIM/Revit experience is a plus
- Licensure and LEED accreditation are preferred
- Previous experience with high-rise office, hotel, residential and/or mixed-use projects is helpful.
