Fully understand customer needs on each part and related technical standards;正确理解客户需求以及相关技术标准；
Responsible for process and tool design of new product, and express them in formal documentation.负责新产品的工艺和工具设计，并制定相应的正式文件；
Solving problem in the whole test production process, and take related technical documentation updation.解决试生产阶段的实际问题，并对相关文件进行更新；
Promoting the current production process and tool, so as to make our production more efficient and more economical, for example: promoting the life time of tool.改进现有的生产工艺和模具，以使得生产更加高效和经济，例如：提高模具寿命。
According to customer needs and currently equipment capability design production technology for production process on reasonable productivity and cost. And offer professional suggestion on product function if necessary;根据客户需要以及当前设备能力，在保证合理产出效率以及生产成本前提下设计产品生产工艺，必要时应给予客户产品功能方面的专业建议；
Draft technical document for production;工艺文件编制
Keep continuous improving on tool design for high productivity and lowering tool cost;不断改进设计工艺（尤其是模具设计）提高生产效率，降低模具成本。
Report and transfer the engineering information to direct manager and other departments on time to ensure there is no delay for engineering issue in business ;第一时间将技术信息汇报给主管及通知公司其他相关部门，确保不因技术问题影响整个生产、销售、PPAP订单的按时完成；
任职要求：
Basic knowledge and experience for machining operation机加工基本知识与经验
Cold forging knowledge and related calculation冷成型原理和相关计算
Be good at application of AutoCAD and MS office( word, excel)绘图软件AutoCAD和办公软件( word, excel)Basic English skill for reading and writing regarding engineering issues, CET4 or above关于工程技术事项的基本英语读写能力，英语4级以上。
