职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1)Spearhead due diligence activities and support the deal process from start to finish.
2)Responsible for building robust financial models for potential opportunities
3)Help identify, execute and manage all aspects of deal sourcing
4)Help manage and develop team members in a highly team-oriented and collaborative environment
Requirements:
1) STRONG research capabilities.
2) At least 2-4 years of experience at a private equity or venture capital firm, strategy consulting firm, preferably with a few years of working experience in technology sector.
3) Undergraduate degree is minimum.
4) Good Excel/modeling/forecasting skills are essential, as is advanced knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
5) Must have strong understanding of accounting, valuation, and financial statements - chartered accountants such as CPA, CA, or CFA charterholders preferred..
6) Must be a VERY organized, detail-oriented team player.
7) Self-motivation and strong work ethic are vital.
8) Must possess an intellectual curiosity with an investigative mind.
9) Superior communication skills (verbal and written) in both Chinese Mandarin and English.
