Position Summary职位概述:
Take technical ownership of existing, and NPI (new product introduction) and NPD products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities主要工作职责:
1. Advises regarding product selection & applications.
2. Fulfills pre-sale support requirements for testing, qualification, certifications or other technical services.
3. Leads or supports customer response, problem-solving and corrective actions for product field failures.
4. Plans & performs proactive technical work to expand market, customer and product knowledge. Ex- benchmarking.
5. Plans & performs strategic or reactive technical product-line extension and maintenance. Ex- fast-track NPD, product redesign or cost reduction.
6. Owns product bill-of-materials, specifications and TDS (technical data sheets).
7. Manages projects of low to moderate complexity, usually with <12-month timeline.
8. Measured on performance of projects & tasks, communication, team collaboration and contribution to shared team objectives.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities必备的知识、技能和能力:
1. Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in the field of adhesive, labeling, ink & printing, plastic etc.
2. With strong technical background, problem solving experimental skills and extensive hands-on experience.
3. Able to interact with customers, understands their performance needs and provides value-added technical service.
4. Should be good team player and willing for sharing among cross functional team.
5. Good command of English in both spoken and written English.
6. Be safety oriented
7. Bachelor degree or Master degree in Chemistry related to polymer, organic chemistry, ink or printing etc.

1. Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills;
2. Experienced in customer facing and application development;
3. Strong technical background.
