THE POSITION
As an AM in SFA team, you will be responsible for initiate, conduct and manage ad-hoc project for retailer & manufacturer clients in terms of store location selection and optimization, merchandising, display, promotion and pricing etc. Promote and coach customers for the use of Nielsen store location and observation service.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertake sales activities independently or in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation and delivery of proposal and credentials;
- Ensure the generation of required revenue and proper contract costing in order to meet the agreed budget targets;
- Identify and recommend enhanced and new services that answer clients' business needs;
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships within client organization
- To handle store location and observation related ad hoc project and service selling/ maintenance, in order to achieve the set financial objectives and other operational performance indicators.
- Store location and observation insight to share with retailer/supplier clients.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
- BA / BS required (major in economics / marketing desired, MBA desirable)
- At least 3 years FMCG (TMKT/Sales) or retail industry experience desired;
- Good analytical skill, familiar with data analysis and reporting, Trade Marketing/Sales experience is preferred;
- Communication and project management skill is needed
- Good presentation / selling skill;
- Fluent in both oral and written English;
- Effective writing skills
- Out-going, self-motivator
