职位描述：
1. Competence / Mission
        He/She is Engineer of brake control systems for railway applications
He/She is graduated in electrical or electronic engineering, a master in development or management or production activities will be appreciated. He has 2-3 years of experience as electrical or sw engineer in previous Chinese Company linked to European or US Groups . He/She is fluent in English language.
He/She has a good electrical and electronic/sw background, he/she understand electrical schemes and has proper knowledge of associated design tools and previous experience in sw design and sw tools as well.
        He/She is able to write a technical specification of an electrical/electronic component
        He/She has electrical dimensioning calculation competence and understanding of performances calculation .
        After proper training in the company CoCs, he/she is able to manage the CbC of a Brake Control device and to interface with CoC in order to define the proper solution which comply the Customer requirements.
        He/She is able to perform electrical and block schemes and to write the Bill of material of the related components in order to define the product during tender phase as well during the development phase in closed relationship with CoC
He/She becomes the technical reference of the Brake Control Products inside the B&S China Engineering Team .
        He/She is available for work missions outside China
2. Budget/Deliverables
        He/She works closely with China Engineering management in order to forecast and monitor the needed budget for the related engineering activities
He/She helps the China Engineering management in order to respect the delivery dates of the defined product deliverables
3. Link to customers and car builders
        He/She supports discussions with the Customer for the definition of technical requirements & services and performs technical presentations to the customers as required where suitable
4. Training
       He/She actively contributes to customer training in Wabtec Faiveley and Customer site and prepares dedicated training documents.
