岗位职责:
1. 负责来料的组织、监督和收货,确保生产过程正常,保证及时供货
Organize, monitor and report on the receipt, storage and internal distribution of incoming materials to ensure that the production process is adequately supplied at all time.
2. 确保库存及仓储能力满足生产成品的需要
Ensure that stock, inventory and warehouse levels are sufficient to meet planned production levels at minimum costs to support SPC profitability.
3. 建立和监督同意交付时间表,客户服务的水平,包装要求并保证与客户指标一致,以确保客户订单及时有效的完成。
Establish and monitor agreed delivery schedules, customer service levels, packaging requirements and metrics with SPC customers to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely and cost effective manner.
4. 与客户建立并维护有效的沟通,数据流和程序,确保处理特殊要求或物料短缺的方式是互利的。
Establish and maintain effective communications, data flows and agreed procedures with customers to respond to exceptional demands or material shortages in a manner that is mutually beneficial.
5. 确保客户问题或抱怨得到及时有效地解决,与客户保持良好的合作关系并达到客户满意
Ensure that any customer issues or complaints are dealt with in a timely and efficient way to maintain good working relationship and excellent levels of customer satisfaction.
6. 从销售生产与客户核对信息,创建。维护和监控SP中国工厂的主生产计划,确保能够满足客户需求
Collate inputs from Sales Production and customer to create, maintain and monitor a master production schedule for SPC to ensure that customer schedules can be satisfied from SPC production.
7. 确保SP中国的ERP系统能够满足生产及物流的需求从而达到完成经营计划
Ensure that the ERP system is fit for purpose and meets the production and logistic needs of SPC to support the achievement of the business plan.
8. 发展及维护有效地沟通方式,与SP迪滋杰工厂及国内其他供应商保持良好的工作关系及有效数据,保证SP中国达成生产目标。
Develop and maintain effective communications, excellent working relationships and performance data with supply partners in Duzce, China and elsewhere to ensure that SPC is supplied sufficiently to be able to meet its production targets.
9. 调查并提议本地原材料及服务供应商,从而满足SP中国供应链及特殊材料的物流需求,例如包装,确保来源可靠及成本最低。
Investigate and propose local suppliers for materials and services required to support the SPC supply chain and specific materials required by logistics, such as packaging, to secure reliable and cost effective sources of supply.
10. 建立有效的工作关系及流程,确保来料能够快速及时通关,确保半成品库存能够满足生产生产需求。
Establish effective working relationships and procedures to facilitate timely customs clearance of incoming materials and part finished stocks so that continuity of production can be maintained.
11. 支持和致力于过程改进,成本降低及精益生产活动,与SP中国内部、供应商及客户一起加强SP中国的运营业绩及利润
Support and contribute to process improvement, cost reduction and lean activities with SPC colleagues, suppliers and customers to enhance operational performance and profitability.
12. 招聘、培训、发展、激励供应链及物流团队,一起努力达成经营计划
Recruit, train, develop and motivate SPC logistics and supply chain team members to support the achievement of the business plan.
任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,采购管理专业或物流相关专业;
Bachelor degree or above, purchasing management or logistic major
2. 从事供应链管理相关工作8年以上;
More than 8 years supply chain management working experiences
3. 熟知产品、产品质量、产品责任、工艺流程、工艺特性知识以及公司质量体系要求;
Familiar with product, product quality , product responsibility , process procedure, process specialize and quality systems requirement;
4. 精通物流各项业务,包括采购、运输、保险等专业知识;
Professional on purchase, transit and insurance
5. 工作认真负责, 具有很强的中英文沟通交流能力。
High responsibility and good communication skill both in English and Chinese
