职位描述：
KEY TASKS:
1. Collect, analyse and interpret laws and regulations both in China and in Puratos group to prepare reports on how they impact the company operations.
2. Participate in important business negotiations, draft, review and finalize legal contracts, letters of agreement, and other documents related to a variety of commercial, financial, and operational matters (loans, leases, sales contract, purchase agreements, acquisitions, employment contracts).
3. Review and approve public statements from a legal standpoint to identify, anticipate and mitigate legal risks. Provide the consultant service to other departments.
4. Develop and implement legal policies to protect of company Intellectual Property rights
5. Represent the organisation in legal proceedings before courts, government agencies, or other authorities.
6. Communicate with external legal cousultant or headquarter legal department if needed.
7. Provide input to and participate in improving company legal management
Other responsibilities when necessary.

Requirement:
? Education: Bachelor degree or above in legal management
? Experience: At least 5 years legal or legal-related working experience, by preference in multi-national company
? Technical knowledge/skill: Deep understanding of the National and Provincial legal systems
? Language: Good English communication skills both in writing & speaking
? Soft skill:
- Mature, can work independently under the pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and public relationship skills
