职位描述：
Software Engineer

？ Responsibility:
1. This position involves extensive design and development of payment, point-of-sale, and fuel management solutions. The successful software engineer must be able to build high quality solutions on a variety of platforms quickly, document these solutions and build test suites.
2. Design, implement and deliver defect free software on time and meet customer needs
3. Learn, Modify and extend existing global design framework.
4. Create engineering functional specifications, Scrum user stories and provide product backlog estimates.
5. Design and code independently on individual assignments, and help others in the team to deliver their assignments, in each Scrum sprint.
6. Provide engineering support after product is delivered to field and always strive for continuous improvement.
7. Design and code with security in mind.
8. Interface with customers and their software developers and integrators.

？ Requirements:
1. At least 5+ years of software development experience, and BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
2. Strong capabilities in:
a. C# or C++; XML; TCP/IP socket programming
b. Object-oriented design
c. Multi-threading and real-time software architectures
d. Code profiling, optimization, analysis tools
e. Secure coding practices
3. Ability to promote ideas and make sound technical decisions as a member of a team of technical experts.
4. Ability to produce detailed and complete functional design and interface documents
5. Ability to directly interface with internal and possibly external customers is required
6. Energy and desire to deliver high-quality software quickly through iterative development
7. Customer focused; self-motivated; and being able to work under high pressure.
8. Ability to stay organized and focused while supporting multiple areas of shifting technical and conceptual complexity
9. Strong problem solving and leadership skills
10. Agile software development process experience
11. Good in English communication, both in oral and written.
