Archibat Asia正在为一家知名的美国家具品牌寻找一名区域经销商管理经理,
工作地点: 上海
JOB SUMMARY
Complete management of stores in a multiple districts within the scope of the Licensee Agreement. Position focuses on enhancing and improving the image of brands as well as exchanging solutions for better operational performance. Collection of data to assess for profitability and growth in assigned markets and networking across the organization will be critical.
Responsibilities
1. Communicates vision, mission and Company plans with clarity and commitment, supporting and executing all company strategies and initiatives.
2. Manage new Homestore and Kingswere openings in the assigned district ensuring the new store is in compliance with Licensee Agreement.
3. Directly responsible to communicate weekly/monthly/quarterly the Company’s advertising and marketing plans with each licensee.
4. Visit District Homestore and Kingswere stores on a consistent schedule to conduct store audits and build positive business relationships with licensee owners and store teams.
5. Conduct regular visits and site evaluations on all District Homestore and Kingswere stores and distribution warehouses, reporting the results to management. Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly metric reports to correct or improve issues, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting the plans results to executive and senior management.
6. Responsible for review and follow through regarding District Homestore and Kingswere store complaints. Ensure compliance and implementation of improvement process.
7. Collaborate with peers, Marketing Specialist, Sales Management, and other Departments as directed.
8. Actively participate in departmental meetings, training, and education. Assist with training other employees and providing backup.
9. Maintain reliable attendance.
10. Complete other assignments and special projects as requested by senior management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
University degree in Business / General Management
Experience
? Over 5 years of direct management experience in Home Deco Retail (furniture / mattress...) , both back office and store level
? 2-3 years multiple district management or licensee oversight and management, furniture industry preferred.
? Experience with International Companies
Knowledge of:
? Operational and strategic retail management
? Furniture industry
? Numerical, analytical skills
? Documents and records management system
? Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools
Skills and Abilities
? Sociable and professionally appropriate personality to build positive business relationships with licensees.
? Effective time management and organizational skills
? Work independently as well as in a team environment
? Effective interpersonal communication skills
? Analytical and problem solving skills
? Maintain confidentiality
? Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints
? Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet
? Ability to create and run queries, analyses, and reporting as required
