Responsibilities:

? Develop business plan and leverage resources effectively for Service Department to ensure all service activities are running smoothly
? Organize service activities based upon solid experience in MULTIVAC machine troubleshooting
? Inspire and advise customers on applying creative and highly-customized packaging solutions to generate sales leads
? Guide team members to troubleshoot and formulate regular plan for preventative maintenance and take ownership to conclude projects
? Provide guidance regarding customer relationship building and act as on role model to ensure customer satisfaction
? Coordinate with other internal departments (e.g. Sales/Marketing team) to seek for cross-selling opportunities by reviewing and brainstorming on potential sales leads and provide guidance for team members to identify cross-selling opportunities
? Manage and influence team positively by effective coaching and mentoring
? Evaluate team members’ performance regularly and provide department plan as well as feedback accordingly
? Always keep alert and advice on Health & Safety issues with regular review and training

Required Experience:
? University degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or other related majors
? Preferable a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managerial role and 12 years’ experience in machinery service roles in the food and or medical packaging/manufacturing industries
? A strategic decision maker with strong capability in developing business plan and leverage resources
? Advanced problem-solving skills
? Excellent leadership skills to lead and guide team member effectively
? Charismatic personality with advanced influencing skills
? Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all different parties, including external customers and internal counterparts
? High level of alertness in business opportunities and Health & Safety issue
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both English and Chinese
? Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications with the advanced Excel and Power Point skills
? Willingness to travel within China and internationally intensively
