Account Manager(Law Firm)

A. Duties and Responsibilities

? Meet sales activity per week with growth of Pipeline for daily work High 20%
Sales skills/knowledge to market

 ? Solid understanding of consultative and solution selling Functional knowledge of negotiation process Sound exposure to BC and direct sales Demonstrated ability to work in sales team environments Technical aptitude High 20%
? Meet customer needs in corporate market by selling global and local products To Meet sales target per year.
? Set up annual sales plan and achieve sales target assigned by company
? Maintain good relationship with existing customers and develop potential customers
? Aggressively closing new business
? Representing a dynamic and completed product lines to enhance research initiatives and increasing productivities
? Well address customers' needs by various professional sales initiatives High 40%
? Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets with product marketing team. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding customer feedback. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports Creates and conducts proposal presentations. Drives preparation of proposals and presentations. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes. High 20%

Education: Specialized/ Technical Bachelor of law preferred
? Above Six years sales experience
? Sales & marketing or working experience in legal professional market
? B2BSales experience Background of working with similar subscription or technology solutions.
Competencies ? Business development/sales skill to law firms or other market segment with similar decision making process and working style
? Value selling/solution selling skill
? Basic knowledge to legal industry, law firm and law
? Strong organizational and time management skills Advanced computer skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint , CRM applications.
