职位描述：

主要职责:

1．年度培训需求调研的执行以及个性化培训需求的诊断；

2．根据培训需求分析结果，提供客制化和个性化的培训和发展解决方案；

3．制订具体的培训计划；

4．亲自执行或协调资源执行培训计划，并跟进后续学员的应用和结果衡量；

5．管理维护内部课程体系，确保课程内容等及时更新；

6．根据每年的公司文化主题，设计并推动屈臣氏文化建设项目，协助企业文化的推广；

7．高级经理岗位需要带团队。

岗位要求:

1.相关经验和学历要求

1)第一学历全日制本科或以上，专业不限；

2)在培训与发展领域有5-7年的相关工作经验；

3)具有至少讲授5门或以上的课程（个人效能类/管理类/领导力类）；

4)根据培训计划，能一年独立授课20工作天或以上；

5)根据业务需求，能短期出差，如每月有3-4个工作日出差；

6)高级经理岗位需要有2年以上带团队经验。

2.能力素质要求

1)良好培训授课技巧和课程设计能力

2)优秀的沟通和人际交往技巧，具备培训方案咨询能力者优先

3)以客户为导向，并能以终为始达成结果

4)具有团队合作精神，擅于建立良好的伙伴关系

5)系统性思维，逻辑能力强

6)熟练的PC软件的应用能力（尤其Excel和PowerPoint的应用）

7)高级经理岗位需要具备领导和管理团队能力
