职位描述：
Responsibility：
1.Actively and independently promote Primetals drive portfolio in the market
2. Support EA sales managers to promote drive included complete solution in the market
3.Close cooperation with engineering department and the Center of Competence for drive business development
4.Prepare drive solution as per customer's requirement
5.Prepare cost calculations for projects in cooperation with commercial sales
6.Coordinate and prepare the LoA approval process for bids of drive projects
7. Provide standardized and optimized cost calculation and technical specification to create competitive offer
8. To select appropriate drive solution strategy (Size/3rd party/PT) to fit different market competition
9. To actively approach customers to look for business opportunities
10. Guide and support design and solution optimization for cost saving initiative

Competencies:
1. Minimum of 5 yeas execution experience for drive system in metal industry, with sales experience is preferred
2. Drive application experience in hot rolling, cold rolling and long rolling
3. Experience to work in international sales team, interact fluently in English language.
4. Knowledge and application experience of medium and low voltage drive system of market leaders (Siemens, ABB and TMEIC)
5. Capability to workout drive solution as per customer's technical requirement with Siemens, ABB and/or TMEIC drive system
6. Familiar with drive application in steel industry, especially in hot rolling, cold rolling, long rolling businesses
7. Familiar with normal tools and software for drive system engineering
