职位描述：
Responsibity:
? Collaborate with E-commerce operation team to create compelling web content, product images, banners, Merchandising pages and search ads for multiple E-commerce channels
? Facilitate changes to the artwork based on feedback from operation team to graphically represent brand vision, adhering to all style guidelines
? Create and code unique dedicated landing pages in HTML builder
? Review and react to ongoing competitive analysis on all digital initiatives for web, mobile, and social media and continuously develop and improve creative executions
? Mastery of copy fitting, type spacing, proofreading, photography, and visual design components, and how to manipulate and crop photos and artwork
? Experience with UI/UX for interactive, visual and motion design for mobile and web
? Create new e-Commerce email and newsletter templates
? Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirement:
- A minimum of a college degree is required
- A degree in Graphic Design, Art or related field is preferred
- Minimum 3 years experiences in Web Design
- Solid experience of graphic design, web design and artistic sense
- Proficient in: Photoshop, Illustrators and HTML/CSS
- Good knowledge of Video Editor and Flash Animation
- Familiar with UI/UX requirements and trends
- Knowledge of Javascript and PHP will be a plus;
- Fluent English reading and writing
- Experience in Beauty, fashion or consumer goods industry is preferred
