岗位职责:
1、根据企业实际情况和消费者洞察,制定市场发展战略规划,确定品牌定位和提升策略,传播规划,并负责落地执行和监督检查;
2、市场研究及分析,跟踪分析消费者和竞品数据和市场表现,为营销产品改善提供建议;
3、负责品牌形象和产品形象的持续优化,提升品牌知名度;
4、媒体公关、品牌合作,负责拟定并监督执行市场、品牌规划与预算;
5、负责制定和执行媒体投放计划,跟踪和监督媒体投放效果,对新媒体有深入研究和实践经验。

任职资格:
1、硕士或以上学历优先;
2、8年以品牌策略、营销规划及Campaign执行实战经验, 媒体、公关工作经验,有成熟的品牌推广和市场营销能力;
3、熟悉社会化营销、移动互联网营销,有管控复杂多端项目经验(团队人数8人以上);
4、具备较高的业务敏感度,消费者关系管理及客户线索管理相关知识丰富,具有数据解读能力及基础CRM知识;
5、具备人才培养与管理经验,沟通能力和团队合作意识强,良好的逻辑思维及创新能力;
6、吃苦耐劳。
