职位描述：
CallisonRTKL seeks an Interior Designer to join its Commercial Practice Group located in Beijing. The ideal candidate will be creative, have a good imagination, and an eye for design. 

Responsibilities
    Undertakes design project from concept to schematic phases
    Works closely with senior staff supporting design and technical tasks
    Researches and prepares plans, diagrams or sketches for shopping mall interiors
    Develops designs according to a brief that are functional, appealing and appropriate    

Job Requirements    
    Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related design field
    0-3 years of interior design experience
    Experience in retail and/or commercial field preferred
    Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
    Maintains effective communication with project team members
    Good drawing skills, including perspective drawing & spatial awareness
    Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, InDesign or other design programs
