职位描述
Job details / role purpose
The role is responsible for insurance ops team to implement project delivery. The role requires communicating with BD, IT, MM and internal team.
You will be responsible for managing initiatives through the full operation works details, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, time and quality in an agile environment.
Key responsibilities
Business Analysis and Project Delivery
? Support all insurance projects delivery including mainland and Hong Kong.
? Actively support BD/project holder to launch new products or new projects.
? Work closely with fulfilment and claim to identify and define the operation process and workload. Draft the system and product BRD to IT/ other departments
? Evaluate risks and issues associated with insurance ops.
? Organize project meetings, updates with internal team to align the understandings, request for decisions.
? Track progress to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope.
? Arrange UAT with operation testing to ensure requirements have been delivered and are ready for release
? Work with IT & Business when new functionality is released to production to ensure a smooth transition to the new process. Where necessary devise detailed cut over plans to address potential operational impacts at cutover
? Prepare operation process and guideline to internal team.
? Develop and publish regular project status reports
? After the project launch, track whole progress and resolve the relevant issues.
Profile sought and key requirements
Experience and Skills
? 2 years’ experience in project management. Experience in insurance company preferred.
? Proven ability to effectively manage own time and priorities to meet deadlines
? Strong Communication (verbal & written) and Interpersonal Skills
? Ability to work effectively within a team environment
? A strong and motivational leader, fostering relationships and coaching/ mentoring
? Fluent in English
? PMP certificate preferred

? 支持销售部门或项目部上线新的产品或项目
? 与公司的保全管理客服中心和理赔部共同合作确保流畅的操作流程和合理的工作量的分配。起草系统和产品的开发文档提交到技术部/其他部门。
? 评估保险运营相关的风险和问题
? 组织项目会议,与内部团队沟通协调做出决策
? 及时跟进项目的进度保证项目目标的完成
? 组织安排产品发布前的操作测试,确保达到产品预定的要求
? 同技术部和销售部共同合作将新的产品功能上线,并确保建立合理的工作流程。在必要的情况下,需要做出详细的计划书告知可能带来的影响。
? 负责内部团队的操作流程和工作指导
? 定期发布项目进展状态报告
? 项目上线后,跟踪整体进度及解决相关问题

经验和技能
? 两年的项目管理经验,保险公司工作经验优先
? 良好的时间管理能力和工作安排能力
? 较强地沟通(口语、写作)能力和人际交往能力
? 团队协作能力
? 有能力的领导者,能够发展和培养人际关系并且指导他人
? 流利的英文能力
? 有PMP资格证者优先
