职责和工作内容描述:
依据百特技术服务标准向客户提供技术服务
Provide technical service to customers in accordance with Baxter technical service standard.
负责相关地区的设备安装、操作培训、维修、保养、升级、访问，确保客户满意度；
In Charge of field equipment installation, operating training, repairing, PM, FCA, visit, Ensure the
satisfaction of customers.
相关地区销售及市场支持；
Support the sales department and marketing department;
对本地无法解决的疑难技术问题及时上报技术服务中心寻求支持；
Report the special failure, which cannot be solved by field engineer to SH TSC for help;
确保完成维修预算；
Ensure to complete the servicing budget.
确保相关地区客户维修回款。
Manager AR.
负责一至两种产品现场、电话全国或区域技术支持。带领或参与至少一项技术服务项目(仅适用于资深维修工程师)。
In Charge of field or telephone technical support on 1to 2 type of machine, and lead at least 1 service project（Just applicable for Senior Service Engineer）


质量Service Quality
及时报告本区任何质量问题，并及时按公司质量标准解决问题；
Report the quality issues and solve the issues in accordance with CQP in a timely manner.
对维修报告进行定期总结，对频繁出现、一次未完成和规律性较强的故障，有针对性的上报维修中心，确保服务质量；
Summarize the service report, report the failure, which appears frequently, cannot be repaired by one time, and has strong disciplinarian to TSC to ensure the servicing quality.
保证所持有检测仪表准确有效。
Ensure all testing tools and equipments are correct and effective.


零备件 Spare Parts
及时准确定购本区零备件,确保本区技术服务所需；
Order the spare parts of own field correctly to ensure the needs of technical service.
根据本区设备故障率的变化定期调整常用备件库存，控制库存成本；
Adjust the usual spare parts storage in accordance with the change of equipment failure rate to control the storage cost.
确保所持有配件完好无损；
Ensure all spare parts cannot be damaged.
保证及时返回应返回配件。
Ensure to return the spare parts, which should be returned to TSC in timely manner.


报告 Report
按规定及时上交维修报告、安装报告、保修单；
Submit the service report, installation report, warranty certificate in a timely manner.
及时上交报销单据、周报告及其他公司要求的相关报告。
Submit the travel expense report, weekly report and other report, which are required by Baxter in a timely manner.


招聘要求
专业背景：
电子、生物医学工程、医疗器械、机电自动化、机械工程专业本科以上毕业。


Specialty Background:
Electronics/ Biomedicine/Medical Equipment/ Electric autoimmunization/ Mechanism bachelor degree.



技术背景：
5年以上技术服务经验；
3年以上医疗设备现场客户服务经验；
有血透、生化设备技术服务经验者优先。


Technic Background:
5 years above experiences of technical service;
3 years above experiences of field medical equipment service;
Service on hemodialysis equipment and biochemistry equipment is better.
