Job Purpose
The IT Operation Engineer will be responsible for the planning, management and operational performance of the China IT operations. The role will also take responsibility for the supporting key information systems, asset management and user support, ensuring smooth day to day operations.

Key Duties
主要职责
To ensure that appropriate support is in place for all Peak Scientific systems including backup and recovery procedures.
确保为所有公司系统提供适当的支持，包括备份和恢复程序。
To maintain day to day operation of network, telephony and supporting all users.
维护网络、电话和支持所有用户的日常操作。
To provide operational management of the Peak network access to LAN, WLAN, WAN through management of network switches, firewalls and data storage.
通过网络交换机、防火墙和数据存储的管理，为Peak的局域网、无线局域网、广域网的网络访问提供操作管理。
To act as a project manager for small infrastructure and communications projects.
负责小型IT系统基础结构和通信项目管理。
To keep abreast of current technology and identify where such technologies could improve company performance.

To maintain connectivity and access to cloud services deployed within Peak.
与由Peak部署的云服务保持连通和接入。
To assist in development of ERP functionality and Reporting, as well as training documentation.

To help ensure consistency with the Group Technology Standards.
保持与团体技术标准的一致性。
To support and manage local websites and domains, including supporting the further development of local web presence.

Essential Skills & Experience
任职要求
Excellent technical knowledge and hands on experience of Microsoft server operating systems and application products, Active Directory principles, Exchange Server, storage architectures, application delivery technologies and LAN/WAN/Cloud delivery technologies and security.
优秀的技术知识和经验，熟悉微软服务器操作系统和应用程序产品、活动目录服务、交换服务器、存储架构、应用程序交付技术和局域网/广域网/云交付技术和安全性
Experience in the SAP Business One advantageous.
SAP B1经验者优先
Experience in management of network switches and firewalls.

Understanding/experience of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure Technologies/Capabilities.

Good understanding of business issues combined with excellent customer service skills, flexibility and an ability to prioritize accordingly.

Ability to write and implement IT operational procedures.

Understanding of unified communications and VoIP technologies, in particular the use and benefits of Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business in an enterprise voice/video deployment.
