职位描述
岗位职责:
1、全面负责各区域连锁门店的运营管理工作;
2、负责制定各门店管理标准,服务标准,运营标准;制定门店检查制度;监督指导所有制度、流程及标准在各分部的执行;
3、负责根据公司品类经营政策制定门店经营管理相关标准,对公司所有门店的等级进行核定;
4、负责监督、指导分部对商品价格动态及市场状况进行调研分析,通过对各地区的市场分析,对分部进行业务评估,提出整改建议及要求;
5、负责制定各门店的经营指标和管理指标,对门店指标进行分析及考核,提高单店经营质量;
6、协助推动开店任务的完成,并确保开店的质量;
7、协助建立门店内各级人员培训手册,落实培训计划;
8、及时反馈门店需求及遇到的问题,协调公司相关部门进行解决任职资格;
岗位要求:
1、45岁以下, 8年以上大型商业连锁企业或专卖店营运管理经验,管理类专业本科及以上学历优先;
2、熟悉连锁行业门店、客户服务、物流管理流程;烘培及餐饮行业经验优先;
3、有很强的分析和解决问题的能力,善于预防和处理突发事件;
4、受过系统化战略管理、人力资源管理、行政管理、财务管理等方面的培训优先;
5、有很强的沟通能力、组织能力、执行力和领导团队的能力,优秀的统筹、分析、综合、归纳能力;
