A global leading manufacturer of professional audio master clocks.
Responsibility:
? communicate directly with customers by telephone, livechat or email service requests in order to solve
? technical issues with the company's devices;
? respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests within specified metrics;
? provide solutions to escalated technical support issues;
? provide configuration and troubleshooting on Windows and MAC based computer systems and DAWs
? to the customers;
? troubleshoot technology-based products problems
? partner with the engineering teams and QA teams
? ensure customers receive the fastest and easiest resolution to their concerns
? provide customers with pre-sales product and service information;
? train dealers sales staff
? write application notes and maintain the database for FAQ
? identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and retention
Requirement:
? Chinese as native language
? hands-on knowledge of audio and computer technology
? good familiarity with popular audio applications Cubase, Nuendo, Protools, etc.
? customer service experience
? at least 2 years of experience in customer
