职位描述：
工作内容：
1、按计划完成个人全年招生任务，并按计划拜访客户和开发新客户；
2、搜集与寻找客户资料，建立客户档案，及时掌握客户信息并更新客户资料；
3、协助中心主任完成定制课程的调研、方案设计、实施等工作；
4、协助中心主任完成公开课程、游学课程的开发、设计、实施等工作；
5、按时完成中心主任交办的其他工作。

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，新闻学、传播学、营销学等相关专业；
2、熟悉教育培训行业，有过销售或招生经验者优先；
3、有活动策划执行、品牌营销等相关经验者优先；
4、人品端正，处事积极，目标感强，能够承担工作压力，做事踏实高效；
5、有良好的团队合作精神，应变能力强，沟通能力强，自律性强。

Welcome to the School of Economics and Management (SEM) at Beihang University. For over fifty years, Beihang SEM, as one of the first economics and management schools in China, has achieved remarkable accomplishments along with the fast development of China’s economy and society.
