职位描述：
职位要求:
- 大学本科及以上学历
- 积极参加中国精算师协会、北美精算师协会、英国精算学会和澳洲精算学会及其他精算组织的精算考试，获得准精算师资格者优先。
- 具有1-4年的寿险精算工作经验，从事过以下至少一项的工作领域：金融建模、财务报告、风险管理、内含价值或资产负债管理
- 熟悉至少一项主要的精算软件者优先
- 较强的精算和技术分析能力及较强的计算机编程能力（如Excel、PowerPoint、数据库和VBA等）
- 既能够独立工作，也能与团队协作高效工作
- 富有主动精神 ，工作细致并有责任心
- 具有良好的组织能力，能够同时掌控多项任务，并在期限内按时完成
- 良好的中，英文能力，在与客户和内部工作团队交流时自然、高效
- 可根据项目需要，前往客户公司工作

工作职责:
- 作为一名有基本工作经验的员工，负责协助寿险精算团队共同进行项目执行和其他支持性工作。
- 支持业务规划、产品定价、精算评估、产品开发、兼并与收购、尽职调查、年度财务报告（包括评估价值/内含价值，中国会计准则、国际财务报告准则和美国会计准则）以及风险管理等项目
- 协助进行保险业战略咨询和市场研究
- 通过改善工作流程为客户团队提高效率
- 能够在完成项目的同时达到或超出期望
- 与客户及内部工作团队建立良好稳固的合作关系
- 积极寻求和参与学习和发展机会
- 遵守韦莱韬悦的职业准则
