Description:

1. Take responsibility of procurement supporting for Deloitte Global & Deloitte China

负责德勤全球和德勤中国的采购支持

2. Check the completeness of the internal clients’ requests

确认内部客户提交信息的完整性

3. Communicate with requestor and vendor

与申请人和供应商沟通

4. Per the requirement from company, in charge of achieving billing data of responsible region.

根据公司要求，对所负责区域的采购结算数据进行妥善归档

5. Answer queries from other teams

回答问询

6. Temporary work arranged by the company

Qualification:

Bachelor and above ( 211 university graduates would be preferred )

大学本科及以上(211高校毕业生优先考虑)

Minimum 2 years work experience

Strong communication and coordination skill

Sensitive to data and proficient in data processing software(such like Excel)
