What You'll Do
This Sales Director role is responsible for engaging with customers, partners and key business stakeholders to grow IceKredit businesses across USA.

Key Responsibilities:
? Creates a winning sales strategy that draws upon the strengths of IceKredit and responds to specific market needs, generating competitive advantage on existing markets and developing consistent new revenue streams that will guarantee short and long term achievements.
? Monitors and takes necessary measures to ensure adequate pipeline of opportunities and demand generations for sustainable growth on Payday Lender and Subprime Lender customers.
? Utilizes a disciplined approach for successful product / solution selling, establishing and maintaining accurate, timely and documented sales revenue forecasting procedures, providing required updates to IceKredit executive management.
? Ensures the proper business case with clear and attractive ROI impact.
? Inspires and influences internal stakeholders, experts and other resources not under direct control, helping to remove obstacles and aiming goals achievement.
? Effectively manages remote resources, dedicating quality time and leveraging company’s resources.
? Builds sales team on needs, and drives team towards expected market penetration and customers/partners satisfaction levels.

Who You Are
? 8+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / services / IT solutions.
? Proven track sales record on Payday Lender and Subprime Lender are plus.
? Demonstrated success with complex sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market.
? Visionary capability to provide confidence to customers and partners about our technology and product strategy.
? Can easily work in cross functional teams while influencing these teams in a collaborative manner
? Demonstrated strong negotiating skills.
? Local language: Fluent, Business Level
? Education background: Bachelor equivalent
