职位描述：
市场经理岗位要求：

1、 负责配合公司年度计划及发展方向，制定市场部年度和月度工作计划并执行；
2、 根据社会热点及重要节假日策划线上及线下校区及品牌活动；
3、 能够有效利用网站、微博、公众号等线上资源进行宣传扩大招生；
4、 组织带领市场团队拓展、建立、维护各个渠道相关机构的合作关系，为招生引流。
5、 利用互联网营销手段推广产品，收集相关数据，统计分析效果并优化；
6、 负责对公司产品进行包装策划，专题文案及制作宣传物料；
7、 负责组织搜集市场信息、行业政策、竞争对手动向、客户信息等，分析市场发展趋势；为公司下阶段发展及招生提出指导建议。
8、 每周、每季度提出市场分析报告，及时整合月度和年度市场工作完成情况报表，做好分析报表并汇报上级；
9、 负责400电话外呼团队的管理及课程咨询工作，并做好与其他城市负责人的咨询数据对接工作；
10、负责公司网站的日常新闻发布及课程的更新，并优化网站内容；

任职要求：
1、 本科以上学历，营销、广告、新闻、公关相关专业优先；
2、 有3年以上的市场推广经验，至少1年的互联网及新媒体推广经验，团队管理经验丰富。
3、 熟悉教育培训行业尤其体育培训行业的推广方式及渠道。
4、 具有较强开拓能力、沟通能力、数据分析能力及抗压能力；
5、 对新媒体及线上推广有丰富的经验；
