Update shipment info with milestone on daily basis (30%)
Workload: 300 shipments per month
 
Reporting preparation weekly & monthly basis (70%):
a, daily otdt report
b. daily sales report
c. monthly balance score card
d. monthly material list
e. monthly probation report
f. monthly essr/issr report
d. monthly source list
f. monthly gr report
d. others if any

Basic skill level requirements

Junior college or above
Sufficient knowledge of freight forwarder
Competent in Microsoft office applications, especially Microsoft excel, and Microsoft outlook
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal in English
Team player and able to work independently and pro-actively
Able to fulfill time-critical tasks on time, keep schedules and datelines
