SUMMARY
Support products design review by performing the following duties. Ensure that the product design meets all customer and Inalfa Roof Systems specifications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

QWS phase.
- Review/understand customer requirement.
- Layout review.

Product design and development phase.
- Collect OIL and One Pager information.
- Support product Concept Review (Operate CAD system)
- Study of design improvement.
- Support 2D drawing review.
- Maintain the documents from Product Concept Review.

Collect FTT, TRI and Warranty information.

Standardization
- Monitor the latest Inalfa Engineering Standards from Global SharePoint.
- Develop local standardization.

Manage technical document in the SharePoint.

Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
More than 5 years working experience with Roof systems or working experience with moving parts(Door system, Trunk, Wiper, Seats …) , familiar with CAD system.
Vehicle moving parts or Glass & Headliner design experience (Preferred)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills in Catia 3D modeling
Good plan and schedule management skills
Exceptional team-building and communication skill
Able to communicate in English

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of top managers, clients, customers, and/or boards of directors.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
