1. Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items, describe the selection of menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods.

2. According to the standard check list to complete daily opening & closing duties, assist with bar inventory
根据标准检查表完成每日开档及收档工作,协助酒吧盘点工作。
3. In accordance with Sequence of Service and how To’s to provide a complete dining experience to every guest.
能够按照标准服务程序及如何做为每位客人提供完整的就餐体验。
4. Attend training on time.
准时参加培训。
5. To comply with Four Seasons EmPact and grooming standards.
遵守四季酒店员工手册的各项规章制度及仪容仪表标准。
6. The ability to ascertain a guest's satisfaction and handle any problem which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved.
满足顾客的需求,处理问题,同时报告经理及告之处理的方法。
7. The ability to report any accident immediately, no matter how minor, to a manager.

16. Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.

17. Serve and take orders from guests seated at the bar area offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beets, ports, Armagnac’s, eau de vies, cognacs and specialty.
为坐在吧台的客人提供服务,能对每一项食品或酒水进行生动有兴趣的描述,包括原料,味道,烹饪方法;具备良好的酒水知识,如烈酒,葡萄酒,啤酒,干邑或其他特别的饮料。
18. To be familiar with the beverage list, can correctly according to different beverages while using different glass and garnish.
