Essential Functions

Responsible for HQ recruitment
Work closely with hiring manager to review the team structure and hiring requests.
Ensure timely support on people resource through recruiting process, such as vendor sourcing, CV screening, interview, reference check and offer, etc.
Work closely with recruitment service venders and ensure recruitment channel effectiveness & efficiency
Keep close communication with hiring manager to understand the job requirement, provide consultancy to hiring managers about search strategy, define the assessment processes and update hiring status.
Arrange all process of interview, and work with hiring manager to provide interview and employment advices
Keep on tracking the potential candidates in offering, on boarding and probation process
Assist business training needs understanding and planning.
New employee`s commencement handling & contract preparation
Request staff`s probation/contract renewal/internal transfer, procedure monitoring & Tracing, document collection.
Support on training activities delivery, employee relationship issues and employee engagement program/activities
Backup all data, files, mails, documents
Provide support on other HR functions per request, or other HR related work assigned by manager.
Complete other assignments from the managers.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

With a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, Business or HR qualification (e.g. HR/Business studies degree) is preferred.
Minimum 2 years work experience in staffing related functions.
Knowledge of Labor laws and related regulations.
Recruitment experiences in country base is a plus
Ability to effectively communicate (in writing and verbally) to all levels of Organization
Proficiency with MS software and database management systems.
Native Chinese Speaker and proficient English in both writing and speaking.
