工作职责：
1. 能够熟练操作多工位冷墩机，主要冷墩设备为两工位，四工位，五工位冷墩机，生产产品主要为M3-M12螺栓。
2. 能够进行冷墩机的调试调整，独立完成产品冷墩工序的整个操作，包括模具装配，设备调整，设备操作等。
3. 按照控制计划进行质量的控制和监督，熟练使用量具等检测工具或仪器，对产品进行全尺寸检测，SPC的有效记录等。
4. 严格按照维修养护要求进行日常维护，发现隐患及时排除或上报，确保所负责的冷镦机正常运行。
5. 了解冷墩机的监控装置，并能熟练使用。
6. 熟悉岗位后，能够同时操作负责2台设备。
7. 了解汽车行业的紧固件生产加工要求。
8. 能够服从生产经理安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1. 技校以上学历。
2. 能够读懂机械图纸。
3. 紧固件行业3-5年冷墩机操作工作经验。
4. 熟悉春日，标俐等品牌设备尤佳。
