Role and Responsibility
? Will be responsible for End to End Concept, Design, Development and production of hardware product
? Should be able to manage/ mentor a team of hardware engineers
? Should have OEM contacts and contact management and development skills
? Participation in product design reviews to understand the design specification of the product, its architecture and implementation details; Deep understanding of product functionality and its architecture is necessary to design high quality product and for making recommendations for product improvement.
? Technical communication with other teams, Developers, Customer Support Engineers and end customers to continuously improve the quality of the product.
? Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic work environment. .
? The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills, and organised presentation skills.
? Good hardware debugging skills. Continuous improvement mind-set is must, Follow up best design practices
? Experience and Ability in developing different products in the Power electronics, Digital control system, ECU, handheld measuring equipments, Touch screen displays, Experience in wireless products and protocols.
? Knowledge & experience in EMI/EMC compliance, Automotive or medical complain.
? will be responsible for but not limited to: Design, Development and testing of FPGA / Controller based complex Analog and digital circuits. Should have domain expertise in either Medical, Industrial Automation or Automotive Electronics.
Experience
? 12 to 14 years of industry experience
? Expertise in feasibility studies, requirement elicitation, technical analysis and deciding Top Level Architecture.
? Expertise in design and development of complex Printed Circuit Boards and/or subsystems.
? Expertise in generating Hardware Functional Specification and Circuit Schematics.
? Expertise in one or more of PCB design tools for schematic design, simulation and layout review - Allegro, Orcad, Altium.
? Expertise in managing Parts/Components selection as per product performance parameters, Layout, Bring-Up, Debug, Verification and Platform Support with software team.
? Expertise in common hardware debugging methods using lab meters, oscilloscopes, waveform generators, power supplies etc.
? Expertise in building system designs involving but not limited to RS232, USB, Ethernet, SPI, I2C, EEPROM etc.
? Expertise in as many components/areas from - power supplies, wireless modules (Wi-Fi, BT, BLE, Zigbee, ZWave etc), RF, wireless sensors (temperature, humidity, light etc).
? Expertise in RF area
