As part of our continued growth, we seek an Associate / Senior Field Application Engineer (BLE/Connectivity) to support all south China region connectivity customers with deep technical expertise to enable customer to move from evaluation through to design/production with different dialog connectivity product family (BLE and other wireless product).
The role
Working in Sales team based in Shenzhen, you will:
? Support Sales promote Dialog connectivity product family.
? Keep close contact with Dialog application teams locally and BU, also keep good relationships with customers, team work for customer project design win.
? Consult customers on technical matters related to Dialog BLE + Wireless SoC: bridging between experts in the BU and customer where necessary.
? Support customers implementing SW features that will require a level of hands-on co development/support & debug - including features still in development phase in BU.
? Feedback on customers issues and escalations into the BU, also highlight features for next generation SoC, tools, SW features etc…
What we are looking for?
? 3+ years of experience on Embedded MCU application/system-level software development or related position/experience
? Track record in MCU /MPU software development including RTOS
? Experience in developing with embedded C from ground up OR extensive experience in similar programming environment is required.
? Thorough experience with tool-chains (e.g. Keil/IAR/GCC etc..), debuggers & general too chains
? Experience of wireless stacks/mixed signal/protocol level s/w handling capability is an advantage (especially Bluetooth)
? Knowledge with MCU Hardware system design, such as interface design (UART, I2C, SPI), clock design, power design, etc.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to articulate complex technical subjects in a confident and clear way, strong customer facing skills
? University degree in Electronics Engineer or equivalent
? Proficiency in oral/written English
