Qualification required for Consultant
? University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Financing, Business Administration, Business Informatics or equivalent higher education.
? Minimum of 2 years’ work experience. Majority of experience in IT area.
? Experience in a cross-cultural working environment. Strong ability to cooperate and coordinate with teams from different countries or cultural backgrounds.
? Strong analytical thinking, time management, and communication skills necessary to handle the pressure and tension environment typical within IT service environments
? Business knowledge in Banking, Auto loans is preferred.

? T-SQL – master
? C# or Python – familiar
? ASP.net - familiar
? Microsoft .NET Framework – familiar
? Web Service – familiar
? Microsoft IIS – familiar
? Test methodology
2. Software Architect Methodology
? Sub System Definition, Module Definition, Class Definition – good understanding
? Frontend Layer Design, Service Layer Design, Business Logic Layer Design, DataAccess Interface Layer Design, Data Access Layer Design – good understanding
? Framework Design Pattern – good understanding
? Coding Standard Sample – good understanding
3. Tools Area
? Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 – master
? Microsoft Sql Server 2012 – master
? MDS – familiar
? SSIS,SSRS,SSAS - familiar
? Microsoft TFS – familiar
? Microsoft Visio – familiar
? Azure - good understanding
4. Team Work Area
? Development environment and permission – good understanding
? Cooperation among PM team, Developer Team and Test Team – good understanding
? Source code cross review, check in, check out, conflict resolve, freeze – good understanding
? Release Control, Version Management – good understanding
? Bug Management – good understanding
? Source code mainline and branch management – good understanding
