The Key Account Manager is a seasoned sales representative. He/she is in charge of Strategic Accounts at the geo level. He/she is responsible for the high value entry point at clients and pushes the Group strategic plan. He/she is accountable of the overall performance of his/her Strategic Accounts, together with his/her team.

- Manage the account activity with one of our biggest account in China (Beijing/Shanghai/Xi’an) and south east Asia
- Based in Beijing and oversea the other small accounts in Beijing
- Drives the Group Altran Strategic plan at his/her clients
- Develops the Altran market share according to the geo strategic account plan
- Manages his/her Account Managers network
- Collects and analyzes clients’ needs on his/her strategic accounts, and handovers to T&I
- Builds (if no GAM) or participates (if GAM) to the account plan, & is accountable for cascading at geo level
- Generates leads through active prospection, sales and marketing campaign
- Promotes and sells key offers through with the support of Solution Managers
- Detects, selects, prioritizes and manages major opportunities to focus on
- Sets up framework agreements
- Reports the activity follow-up to client, and drumbeats the relationship with him/her
- Ensures client satisfaction and client intimacy, doing client power/influence mapping
- Identifies & summarizes clients’ needs in terms of resources to power the Strategic Resource Planning
- Steers his/her KPIs (data quality and analytics) in Sales & consolidates compliancy issues (legal, IT …)


Requirements:

- Technology background in wireless communication, embedded software, hardware is a plus
- ≥ 4 university years degree in electrical engineering, computer science or business school
- 8+ years of experience in sales and complex solutions. Fluent English.
- Sales experience in engineering service company, outsourcing company is a big plus
