Position Responsibilities:
1. Meets business’ financial objectives by working with the Accountant to develop financing; understanding profit and loss; preparing strategic and annual forecasts and budgets; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions; establishing and monitoring financial controls; developing and implementing strategies to increase average meal checks.
2. Attracts customers by developing and implementing marketing, advertising, public and community relations programs; evaluating program results; identifying and tracking changing demands.
3. Maintains operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; determining and implementing system improvements.
4. Controls purchases and inventory by negotiating prices and contracts; developing preferred supplier lists; reviewing and evaluating usage reports;
5. Maintains safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations; maintaining security systems.
6. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the restaurant industry; attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Position Requirements:
The successful candidate for this role
1. Bachelor degree with 2 years related working experience
2. Have experience in Cost Accounting, Developing Budgets and Strategy Planning
3. A decision maker and enthusiastic about Process Improvement,
4. Verbal Communication and Customer Focus
5. A high level of organizational and time management skills will be required to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines.
6. A positive attitude that will be at the forefront of all tasks that you undertake.
7. Intermediate MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills are essential.
8. Fluent English Skills
9. Love fitness

1. 通过与会计的合作提高资金运转效率从而达到利润最大化的目标;准备每年的计划并作出预算;对问题作出合理分析;纠正项目中的问题;对公司财务有着良好控制;并作出增加公司产品销量的长期策略。
2. 制定和执行市场活动,广告投放,PR等途径吸引更多消费者;追踪和评估项目效果并制定改良措施。
3. 制定高效的制度和流程保证公司良好的运营状态,严格执行公司的生产,产品质量和客户服务标准并不断改进和完善相应制度和体系。
4. 负责公司采购和库存管理;开发和维护与供应商的良好合作关系;制定和提供供应商评估报告。
5. 通过制定和执行卫生标准和流程营造一个安全卫生健康的用餐环境;保证符合国家卫生要求和安全标准,做好安全防措施
6. 对餐饮行业的动向有着专业的认识和敏锐的洞察力;积极参加专业培训;在业内保持良好的人脉;保持与其他公司的竞争关系。

任职要求:
1本科以上学历,2年相关岗位工作经验
2具备成本把控意思,能够做战略规划
3 很强的决策力,热衷于发现和解决问题
4 喜欢沟通和交流,关注客户体验
5 较强的组织和时间管理能力以适应快节奏的环境并在规定时间内完成工作任务
6 热情积极的工作态度,有耐心处理细节琐碎的工作内容
7 熟练使用Office 办公软件
