Job Purpose
A fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded, results driven individual to promote telesales for generating and administer B2C sales via telephone for the following product groups
 - Conferences
 - Off-shelf Trainings
 - Key Responsibilities


The overall role will have responsibility for conducting an tele sales activities to achieve and exceed the set targets. This would include:
--Lead by incoming calls to generate sales and contribute to the business targets
--Conducting the outbound calls for promote the RICS products
--Implementation and ongoing conducting sales campaigns combined with marketing plans
--B2C Business proposals and potential client engagement via telephone and other communication channels
--The role requires someone who is enthusiastic with a ‘can-do’ positive attitude and will work with the team and their manager to achieve results.


Experience Required:
--Experience of inbound and outbound telephone selling
--Experience of reporting on telephone sales campaigns and understanding critical metrics required to deliver targets and objectives.
--Experience of supporting business development team to increase the quality of inbound and outbound calls
--Can demonstrate sales skills and track record of calling and exceeding targets
--Understanding of surveying and training industry is desirable
--Excellent communication skills
--Results driven and commercially minded
--Self-starter and motivated
--IT literate and numerate
--Great team player
--Must be proficient in the complete Microsoft office package
