职位描述：
Overall Responsibility
The HRBP is responsible for formulating and implementing the HR strategy and policies for the business unit he/she serves.

Principal Accountabilities
? Works closely with the unit heads to assess and review HR needs of the business
? Finds the most effective way to attract, identify and shortlist suitable candidates
? Assists the unit heads in developing and retaining qualified staff
? Identifies training needs and source for training courses and exchange program
? Reviews training effectiveness
? Carries out the company’s Employee Opinion Survey
? Helps to communicate policies and practices to staff at all levels
? Maintains HR daily operations and enhances office disciplines
? Organises employee communication activities.
? Designs and implements team building & social activities.

Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in human resources management.
- Working experience in multi-national or joint-venture company will be an advantage.
- Must be conversant with China’s labor laws.
- Excellent in both written & spoken English and Mandarin.
- Able to think strategically and add value to strategic decision-making.
- Good team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
