Summary:
Serve as a Training Coordinator at GP’s client location and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering value and managing customer expectations.

Training Coordinator
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To coordinate and consolidate annual course schedule based on the annual training plan.
-To support course logistics from finalizing nomination, sending joining instruction, preparing training materials, and reserving facilities and audio-visual equipment needed.
-To look after training supplies and inventories.
To handle training material/stationery/facilities storage, training course / FIN reimbursement/Filing.
-To collect evaluation, update training record and prepare training statistic reports when needed.
- To assist the administration of Professional Study and Qualifications Programmes (PSQP).
- To handle upskilling training process and consolidate upskilling training records
- To assist the administration of MyLearning system and HBCN Learning Online intranet.
- To coordinate examination for business functions.
- To provide assistance to Learning Admin Officer and Trainers on tailored learning events, such as teambuilding, team facilitation, conferences, etc.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Have good team spirit
-Deliver services adherent to the SLA, legal requirements and other internal regulations/manuals
-Report problem cases and drive the improvement on the process to minimize the potential risks
-Make sure the information security within team
-Ensure compliance with the legal requirement, other internal regulations and manuals when handling queries, performing quality control measures and reports
-Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring
-Proficient in written and spoken English
-Good hands on knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel; abilities to write Excel macro and use advanced features are an advantage
-Able to solve-problems independently with the information at hand
-Demonstrate good interpersonal skills in dealing with colleagues of diverse background and seniority
-Detailed oriented and capable of handling routine tasks
-Prior experience working in foreign enterprises is preferable
